Good Morning, It's monday and I am here for another go at it! I got up early this morning and Kadie and I went for a walk, I walked a little more briskly this morning and got my heart rate up. I tried to stay at that pace, did pretty well. I walked for a little over 20minutes, then when I got home did some ab work for about 5-10min. Feeling good.
I need to get a good quality pedometer, to track my walks...
