Day 1-

Good morning, it's officially day 1 and I got up this morning and took the dog for a walk, was about 30minutes of exercise. I will be doing that every morning and people who know me, know I am not really much of a morning person so getting up to exercise is a pretty big feat!  Step 2 NO more McDonald's breakfasts!! (that will save money and lbs).  At work I will not purchase candy or chips on my breaks. And I plan to do some sort of physical activity after work every night as well.
A friend of mine invited me to a bootcamp exercise session tomorrow night... I accepted! Hope it doesn't kill me~ She said it's low intensity, so I should be fine...

On a different note, I have so far gotten some good feed back on my goal here and some of you have said you will join too! We can keep eachother accountable for our actions... Exercise in the mornings, a quick walk in the morning or something, don't eat garbage throughout the day, have a heathly snack if you need one, exercise in the evening-do something physical!  I will let you know how I do!
