Good morning, how is your week going? It's been a little up and down for me, especially in the work out department! Last night I went for my walk after dinner, and since I hadn't walked yesterday moring, I went longer last night. Put my Ipod on and walked. And I felt fabulous about it!
I think I am going to have to go to bed a little earlier if I am planning on getting up early in the mornings... which I do plan on doing. I am feeling really tired, so I'm not sure that I am getting enough rest.
I walked this morning, was a lot easier once I got the music going. Kadie is mad at me though, I didn't take her with me.
I signed up for a "get-er done" cardio class that will meet tuesdays and thursdays at 6am. Starts in August. Kinda excited, it will be another accountability thing, someone expecting me... need to make sure and show up!
I am feeling good though, still sticking to my no garbage snacks... I am eating healthier too, I have been trying to have a fresh veggie every night with dinner, I have had taco salad every day at lunch. ( homemade so they are actually good for me). I take pretzels and an apple for snack. I had the last apple yesterday, maybe I will take celery and peanut butter again today, sounds delicious!
