Day 1 was successfull. I didn't snack on candy or chips and I ended my day by taking the dog for another walk. Day 2 is starting off sucessful, I got up and Kadie (my dog) and I walked this morning, I have eaten my bowl of cereal and will soon be in the getting ready for work process! I am especially proud of myself for today... remember yesterday I said getting up in the mornings to exercise is a pretty big thing for me, well today I have to be to work at 8am... I got my butt out of bed to walk at 5:45am... holy moly!!! I am committed to making this work~ Oh yeah and I have that bootcamp tonight. I am excited and nervous for this all at the same time.
My time is ticking down here, so I must leave you to go jump in the shower. My little tip for the day is if you think you need a snack, try drinking a glass of water first... Think healthy thoughts~
