Hey there,
It's been nearly a month since my last post. We just moved and things have been crazy hectic the last couple weeks!! I haven't been making a conscience effort to "work out". However with all the packing, moving, back and forth, cleaning and unpacking, I have been able to still get small work outs in. And I walk Alex to the bus stop every morning, which isn't much but for now it's something. The worst part of all that was when the kitchen was torn appart, we ate out for dinner almost every night. Bad news, I know. With being pregnant too, I didn't necessarily make healthy choices for myself, I picked what I knew I would be able to eat!! Cheese burger here, nuggets there, and oh my goodness, I was so super sick fast food, bleck!
So now we are getting settled into our new home, and I have been to the produce department at the grocery store, lots of fruits and veggies in the fridge!! I feel like I am able to eat healthier, now to just get back to walking everynight... time to break out the umbrella and gloves. Oh and a flashlight. I love fall, it's actually my favorite season, but I love, love, love the longer days of summer. Dark so fast in fall and winter, oh well take the good with the bad (or something like that!)
